The Mechanical Design Laboratory (MEDILAB) of the Democritus University (DUTH), supports the development of business culture among young people, scientists, but also existing entrepreneurs with emphasis on the design of new products and services. Act4energy, participated to the MEDILAB open innovation action 2018, as a start-up company, aiming to develop novel a new product for monitoring anaerobic digestion facilities. MEDILAB provided both training services and consulting for business development and operation.
